• Buyer - Current PA Driver's License or ID and current proof of PA insurance in the buyer's name (insurance card/Declaration page/VIN specific binder)
• Out of state title transfers need a VIN Verification - Bring the Vehicle or an MV41
• A Vehicle in a business name will need an authorization letter on company letterhead signed by the Owner/Officer of the company.
